Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • ½ cup Cocoa powder
  • 3 Large eggs
  • ¾ cup Coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp Baking soda
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ½ cup Dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir until blended.
  • In another bowl, whisk eggs, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients gradually. Mix until just combined and gently fold in dark chocolate chips.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Check doneness with a toothpick.
