- 200 g almond flour
- 150 g melted butter
- 160 g white sugar
- 4 tbsp rum
- 3 eggs
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease or line a cake pan with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and white sugar, stirring until mixed.
Crack in the eggs, adding one at a time, and whisk well after each addition.
Pour in the melted butter and rum, mixing until well combined and smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and use a spatula to smooth the surface.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden and a knife inserted comes out clean.
Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before demolding.
Serve warm or at room temperature, optionally with fresh fruits or vanilla ice cream.
For added texture, sprinkle sliced almonds on top before baking. Store brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or in the fridge for a week. They can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
