- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 sliced apples
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined, then press into a 9-inch springform pan.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet, add sliced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg; cook until softened and caramelized (5-7 minutes).
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth, then add eggs one at a time and mix until creamy.
Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust, add the apple filling, then top with the remaining cheesecake mixture and smooth out.
Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and cold butter to create a crumbly topping, and sprinkle it over the cheesecake layer.
