- 100 g softened butter
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 150 g parmesan, mozzarella, or cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
- to taste Salt and pepper
In a bowl, mix the softened butter, crushed garlic, grated cheese, fresh parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Cut the bread into slices, being careful not to cut all the way through—leave the bottom intact.
Spread the butter mixture generously between each slice.
Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet.
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to get a golden, crispy top.
For an extra layer of flavor, try adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the butter mixture. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
