- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 fresh apples, finely sliced
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a cake mold.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the granulated sugar, melted butter, eggs, and milk until smooth.
Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients to form a soft batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared mold and arrange the apple slices on top.
Mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter for the topping, then sprinkle it over the apples.
