Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in the milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and almond extract (if using).
  • Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently fold them together, taking care not to overmix.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture over the surface.
  • Bake for 50–60 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
