- 1 small roll canned cookies
- 1/4 cup sugar mixture of white and brown
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1-2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1-2 tsp milk
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
Place 1-2 tablespoons of butter in a baking pan and melt it in the preheated oven.
Cut the canned cookies into coin-sized pieces.
In a plastic bag, mix the white and brown sugar with the cinnamon. Add the cookie pieces to the bag and shake until they’re evenly coated with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Arrange the coated cookie pieces in the melted butter in the baking pan.
Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cookie bites are golden brown.
While the cookie bites are baking, mix the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl to make the glaze.
Once the cookie bites are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
Drizzle the prepared glaze over the warm cookie bites and serve immediately.
For an extra burst of flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
