Ingredients

  • 1 small roll canned cookies
  • 1/4 cup sugar mixture of white and brown
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1-2 tbsp butter

  • 1-2 tsp milk

  • Place 1-2 tablespoons of butter in a baking pan and melt it in the preheated oven.

  • Arrange the coated cookie pieces in the melted butter in the baking pan.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cookie bites are golden brown.
  • While the cookie bites are baking, mix the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl to make the glaze.
  • Once the cookie bites are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  • Drizzle the prepared glaze over the warm cookie bites and serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra burst of flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
