- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the wheat flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together until evenly distributed. 
- In another bowl, beat the eggs lightly, then add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla essence. Stir until well blended. 
- Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Mix gently until you achieve a smooth, lump-free batter. 
- Pour half of the batter into a greased loaf pan. Sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture evenly over the top and drizzle with melted butter. 
- Cover with the remaining batter and use a knife to swirl the layers together using a zigzag motion. 
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 40-45 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
