- 2 packages Maria cookies (or your favorite cookie)
- 1 package instant flan mix, prepared according to instructions
- 500 ml milk (for flan and soaking cookies)
- 200 g black chocolate for the ganache
- 100 ml milk cream for the ganache

Prepare the instant flan mix using 500 ml of milk and let it cool to room temperature.
Dip Maria cookies quickly in warm milk and arrange them in a removable mold to create an even base.
Pour a layer of the flan mixture over the cookies, spreading gently. Repeat layering with cookies and flan until the mold is full, finishing with a layer of cookies on top.
Heat the milk cream in a saucepan until warm, then stir in chopped black chocolate until smooth to make the ganache.
