Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 8 oz cream cheese at room temperature
  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 6 large eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a rectangular mold.

  • Add the eggs one by one, followed by the vanilla extract, incorporating fully before adding the next.
  • Sift together the flour and salt, then gently mix into the batter.

Notes
