Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed milk

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the condensed milk, regular milk, and chocolate powder. Whisk until smooth.
  • Crack the eggs into the mixture and add the sugar. Whisk until smooth and free of lumps.
  • Pour the mixture into a medium-sized pot and place it on the stove. Turn the heat to medium and stir continuously.
  • Once the mixture starts to thicken, add the water and continue stirring until smooth and glossy.
  • Cook until the pudding reaches a thick, creamy consistency (10-15 minutes).
  • Remove from heat, let cool slightly, pour into ramekins or a serving dish, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Notes

Consider adding a pinch of salt to enhance the chocolate flavor. To store, keep in an airtight container for up to 5 days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw in the refrigerator before serving. For a smoother texture, strain the mixture before cooking. Garnish with whipped cream, berries, or a drizzle of caramel for added flair.
