Ingredients

  • 226 g cream cheese use room temperature for easier blending
  • 1 can canned peaches use only the peaches
  • 200 g condensed milk
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup very cold water

Instructions

  • Dissolve the gelatin in a cup of hot water, stirring until completely dissolved.
  • Add a cup of cold water to the gelatin mixture and stir it well.
  • In a blender, combine the cooled gelatin mixture with cream cheese, canned peaches, and condensed milk; blend until smooth.
  • Lightly grease your mold with vegetable oil and wipe off any excess.
  • Pour the creamy mixture into the prepared mold and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until firm.
  • Carefully unmold the dessert onto a serving plate and garnish with sliced peaches, whipped cream, or mint.
