- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding (3.4 oz)
- 1/3 cup milk
In a medium pot, bring the water, butter, and vanilla to a boil.
Add the flour and stir vigorously until the mixture forms a ball and comes away from the sides of the pot.
Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
Beat the eggs one by one into the cooled dough, mixing well after each addition.

In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream, instant vanilla pudding, and milk until thick and creamy.
Cut the cooled puffs in half and fill them with the cream.
