Ingredients

  • 6 ears Green Corn
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 3 eggs Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Chemical Yeast Powder
  • q.s. Corn Straws for Lining for lining the baking pan

Instructions

  • Remove the corn straws from the ears of corn, wash them, and set aside.
  • Carefully cut the grains of the ears of corn.
  • In a blender, combine the corn, sugar, milk, oil, and eggs. Blend until homogeneous.
  • Add the yeast to the blended mixture and mix gently with a spoon.
  • Line your baking sheet or cake pan with the washed corn straws.
  • Pour the Easy Blender Pamonha dough over the straws, ensuring even distribution.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 40-50 minutes, until firm and slightly golden.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and carefully unmold the cake.
