- 50 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 200 g granulated sugar
- 120 ml vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 240 ml buttermilk or 1 cup milk with 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 120 ml water
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
