Ingredients
3cupsVanilla Ice Cream
1.5cupsMilk
2teaspoonsPeppermint Extractuse 1 teaspoon for a milder mint flavor
4Broken Candy Canes or 6 Peppermints
q.s.Pink Food Coloringoptional
q.s.Whipped Cream
Instructions
Add the vanilla ice cream, milk, and peppermint extract to your blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
If desired, add about 3 drops of pink food coloring and blend until evenly distributed.
Pour the milkshake into frozen mugs or mason jars.
Crush the candy canes or peppermints in a food processor or in a plastic bag using a rolling pin.
Top the milkshakes with whipped cream and sprinkle with crushed candy canes or peppermints.
