Ingredients

  • 3 eggs eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 180C (or 350F) and grease a muffin tin.
  • Beat the eggs in a large bowl until slightly fluffy.
  • Add the sugar to the beaten eggs and mix until fully integrated.
  • Add the flour, milk, oil, baking powder, and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix until homogeneous and lump-free.
  • Pour the mixture into the greased muffin tin and bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let the pancakes cool for a few minutes, then unmold and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Notes

For an extra touch, add lemon or orange zest to the batter for a citrus burst. Top your pancakes with fresh fruits, nuts, or whipped cream for added flavor.
