- 3 eggs eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 180C (or 350F) and grease a muffin tin.
Beat the eggs in a large bowl until slightly fluffy.
Add the sugar to the beaten eggs and mix until fully integrated.
Add the flour, milk, oil, baking powder, and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix until homogeneous and lump-free.
Pour the mixture into the greased muffin tin and bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
