Ingredients

  • 150 g crushed cookies
  • 80 g melted butter
  • 100 ml warm milk
  • 100 g sugar
  • 250 g whipping cream
  • 500 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 envelope curd

Instructions

  • Crush the cookies until they turn into a fine powder.
  • Mix the crushed cookies with melted butter and press into a dish to form the base.
  • Chill the base in the refrigerator to firm it up.
  • In a saucepan, heat the milk and dissolve the sugar.
  • In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, whipping cream, and curd until smooth.
  • Add the sweetened milk to the yogurt and cream mixture, stirring gently.
  • Pour the creamy mixture over the chilled cookie base and smooth it out.
  • Chill in the refrigerator until firm, at least 2 hours.
  • Unmold onto a plate, slice, and serve.

Notes

For a flavor twist, add a pinch of cinnamon to the cookie base. This dessert can be made ahead and is freezer-friendly for up to 2 months. Consider garnishing with fresh berries, mint, or a sprinkle of chopped nuts for presentation. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
