- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 0.5 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water
- 4 cups powdered sugar (for frosting)
- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- Gel food coloring (blue, purple, pink, black)
