- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
