Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 0.25 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.33 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan with butter or oil.
  • Mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Look for black spots for sweetness.
  • Add eggs, honey, and vanilla extract to the mash and mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk dry ingredients: almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt. Combine with the wet ingredients carefully.
  • Fold in walnuts. Pour into the loaf pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes. A toothpick should come out clean when done.
  • Allow to cool before slicing for better texture.
