- 4 large eggs room temperature
- 3 cups all-purpose flour sifted
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup buttermilk or whole milk (as a substitute)
- 1 tbsp honey
- ⅓ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease and flour your Bundt pan.
