- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 can whey-free cream
- 1 packet unflavored gelatin
- 200 ml milk
- 100 g grated coconut

Start by dissolving the unflavored gelatin in 5 tablespoons of cold water, then microwave for about 15 seconds until clear and smooth.
In a blender, add the condensed milk, whey-free cream, milk, and grated coconut, then blend until silky and homogeneous.
Add the dissolved gelatin to the blender and mix again until well incorporated.
Pour the mixture into a mold of your choice.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until very firm.
Carefully turn the Icy Coconut Delight onto a plate and cover with chocolate sprinkles.
