Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can whey-free cream
  • 1 packet unflavored gelatin
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 g grated coconut
  • to taste chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

  • Start by dissolving the unflavored gelatin in 5 tablespoons of cold water, then microwave for about 15 seconds until clear and smooth.
  • In a blender, add the condensed milk, whey-free cream, milk, and grated coconut, then blend until silky and homogeneous.
  • Add the dissolved gelatin to the blender and mix again until well incorporated.
  • Pour the mixture into a mold of your choice.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until very firm.
  • Carefully turn the Icy Coconut Delight onto a plate and cover with chocolate sprinkles.

Notes

For an extra burst of flavor, you can add a few drops of vanilla extract before blending. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or freeze for longer storage. Allow the dessert to fully chill for the best texture. You can customize it with toppings like fresh fruits, nuts, or different sprinkles based on your preference.
