  • ½ cup brewed coffee
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • ½ cup oil
  • 2 tbsp dark rum
  • 1 ½ cups chocolate chips
  • 8 oz quality semi-sweet chocolate for ganache, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream for ganache

Instructions
