Ingredients

  • 250 g Greek yogurt
  • 200 ml Whipped cream
  • 1 Lemon zest
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 sheet Puff pastry

Instructions

  • Roll out puff pastry and cut it into two equal parts.
  • Sprinkle each piece with sugar and lemon zest; place on a baking tray.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (360°F) for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Allow the baked pastry to cool completely.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, whipped cream, and lemon zest; whisk until smooth.
  • Spread half of the yogurt mixture over one sheet of puff pastry.
  • Place the second sheet on top and spread the remaining yogurt mixture.
  • Chill the assembled millefeuille in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
