Ingredients

  • 100 g almond flour
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 3 egg whites
  • 50 g granulated sugar
  • q.s. food coloring
  • 100 g butter softened
  • 50 ml heavy cream
  • 1 tsp flavor extract vanilla, almond, etc.

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Sift almond flour and powdered sugar into a bowl.
  • Whip egg whites with granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
  • Combine dry ingredients with egg whites gently, adding food coloring.
  • Pipe small rounds onto sheets, tap trays, rest, then bake.
  • Fill cooled shells with buttercream or desired filling.
