Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Electric mixer
  • Offset spatula
  • 9x13-inch baking pan
  • Parchment paper

Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix plus ingredients needed per package instructions
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 6 units Milky Way bars chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan, lining it with parchment paper.
  • Follow the instructions on the brownie mix box to prepare the batter and pour it into the prepared pan.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth, then spread it over the brownie layer.
  • Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the cheesecake layer and sprinkle half of the chopped Milky Way bars on top.
  • Bake for 25-35 minutes, ensuring the center remains slightly gooey, then cool completely before slicing.

Notes

Don’t overmix the cheesecake layer to keep it light and fluffy.
Use room-temperature cream cheese for easier mixing.
If the caramel sauce hardens, warm it slightly before drizzling.
For longer storage, keep these brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to a week. You can also freeze them for up to 3 months. Reheat in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to restore gooeyness.
Consider adding a pinch of sea salt on top of the finished brownies for a delightful flavor contrast.
