- 50 g sugar
- 200 g butter (cold and diced)
Mix the flour, sugar, lemon zest, and cold butter in a bowl until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
Add a splash of cold water if needed to bring the mixture into a soft dough. Wrap it in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
In a saucepan, combine lemon juice, milk, sugar, cornstarch, and turmeric. Stir constantly over medium heat until thickened.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and roll out the chilled dough, pressing it into small tart molds. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
