- 150 g chocolate graham cracker crumbs
- 50 g granulated sugar
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 450 g cream cheese, softened
- 250 g creamy peanut butter
- 135 g granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 60 ml heavy cream
- 120 ml caramel sauce store-bought or homemade
- 1 pinch sea salt (optional)
- Chopped peanuts for garnish
- Mini chocolate chips for garnish
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until it looks like wet sand.
Divide the crust mixture among the liners and press firmly into the bottoms.

Add sugar and vanilla and mix until fully incorporated.
