Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Rolling pin or food processor
  • Spatula
  • Rectangular mold or dish
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients

  • 1 package tennis cookies
  • 1 can Nestlé caramel
  • 1 package vanilla cream powder
  • 1 cup dehydrated coconut
  • 1/2 cup apricot or strawberry jam

Instructions

  • Crush the tennis cookies into fine crumbs and press them firmly into the bottom of your mold to form the base.
  • Prepare the custard according to the package instructions and pour it over the cookie base, spreading it out gently.
  • Drizzle the Nestlé caramel over the custard and create swirls using a spoon.
  • Add dollops of jam and swirl them lightly into the caramel, then sprinkle the dehydrated coconut evenly across the top.
  • Place the dessert in the fridge and let it chill for 3 to 4 hours to set.

Notes

For an extra burst of flavor, toast the coconut before sprinkling it on top. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 days. For longer storage, freeze individual portions wrapped in plastic wrap for up to a month. Experiment with different jams for a personalized twist, and remember to let the custard cool slightly before adding caramel to prevent sinking. Enjoy this delightful treat at potlucks, picnics, or family gatherings!
