- 200 g graham crackers or digestive biscuits
- 100 g unsalted butter, melted
- 400 g cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped cream to stiff peaks
- 1 cup mango puree (fresh or canned)
- 1 cup mango puree (for topping)
- 1 tbsp gelatin powder
- 2 tbsp cold water
- q.s. fresh mango slices for garnish
