Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 1 box (about 14.4 oz) Graham crackers
  • 2 cups Strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Start by beating cream cheese and sugar in a bowl until smooth. Add a splash of vanilla extract for sweetness.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Be careful not to deflate it.
  • Place graham crackers at the bottom of your dish as a crunchy base.
  • Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crackers followed by a layer of strawberries and blueberries.
  • Repeat the layering one more time and finish with cream cheese mixture and fruits on top.
  • Chill the dessert in the fridge for at least two hours to let the flavors meld and the layers set.
