Equipment

  • Nonstick frying pan
  • Whisk or blender
  • Spatula
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Butter or oil for greasing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • q.s. Nutella as needed
  • q.s. Whipped cream as needed

Instructions

  • Whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, and melted butter in a large bowl until smooth.
  • Let the batter rest for 10–15 minutes before cooking.
  • Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
  • Pour a small ladleful of batter into the pan, swirling to form a thin layer.
  • Cook for 1–2 minutes until edges lift and bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side for another minute.
  • Repeat until all batter is used, ensuring crepes remain soft and springy.
  • Spread Nutella over each crepe, add a dollop of whipped cream, and roll or fold neatly.
  • Drizzle more Nutella over the finished crepes and sprinkle with sea salt.

Notes

For a lighter version, use whole wheat flour and Greek yogurt instead of whipped cream. Warm Nutella slightly before spreading for easier application. Store leftover crepes in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days; unfilled crepes freeze well for up to a month. Avoid overfilling the crepes to prevent tearing and ensure they’re easy to roll or fold.
