Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Nutella

Instructions

  • Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Whisk until smooth.
  • Crack the eggs into the bowl and add the vanilla extract. Beat until light and fluffy.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold into the wet mixture.
  • Pour half of the blondie batter into the prepared pan, swirl in Nutella, then pour remaining batter on top and swirl again.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
