Ingredients

  • 200 g rolled oats
  • 2 medium apples grated
  • 2 medium carrots grated
  • 3 large eggs
  • 100 ml coconut oil melted
  • 80 g natural honey or sweetener of choice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • a pinch salt

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
