Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Melted butter
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 16 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Heavy cream for filling
  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter creamy or crunchy
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Reese's Pieces
  • 1 cup Heavy cream for topping
  • 1/4 cup Mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Assorted chocolate candies
  • to taste Chocolate syrup for drizzling

Instructions

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl, and mix until it resembles wet sand.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan and bake at 350°F for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  • Beat heavy cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks form.
  • In another bowl, mix cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture and add chocolate chips and Reese's Pieces.
  • Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Whip more heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form and spread over the cheesecake.
  • Decorate with mini chocolate chips, Reese's Pieces, assorted chocolate candies, and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the cheesecake to set.

Notes

Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature for best results. Don’t over-whip the heavy cream; it should hold its shape but remain light and airy. Use a hot knife to cut clean slices for a presentation that's sure to impress. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or frozen for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge before serving.
