- 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup Melted butter
- 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 16 oz Cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Heavy cream for filling
- 1/2 cup Peanut butter creamy or crunchy
- 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup Reese's Pieces
- 1 cup Heavy cream for topping
- 1/4 cup Mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup Assorted chocolate candies
- to taste Chocolate syrup for drizzling
Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl, and mix until it resembles wet sand.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan and bake at 350°F for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely.
Beat heavy cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks form.
In another bowl, mix cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture and add chocolate chips and Reese's Pieces.
Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
Whip more heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form and spread over the cheesecake.
Decorate with mini chocolate chips, Reese's Pieces, assorted chocolate candies, and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the cheesecake to set.
