  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (additional)
  • 3 large bananas sliced
  • 1 box crushed graham cookies (about 400 g)
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • q.s. Peanut butter cups chopped

Instructions

  • Beat the heavy cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract together until stiff peaks form.
  • Prepare the chocolate pudding according to the package instructions using cold milk and refrigerate to set.
  • Mix the creamy peanut butter with the additional sugar until smooth.
  • Layer crushed graham cookies, pudding, peanut butter mixture, banana slices, and whipped cream in a serving dish, repeating the layers.
  • Refrigerate the assembled trifle for at least two hours before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of heavy cream.
If you're short on time, you can use whipped topping instead of making your own whipped cream.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
To prevent bananas from browning, toss them in a little lemon juice before layering.
