Instructions

  • Sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt into the wet ingredients. Fold until just combined.
  • Pour half the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Drizzle half the caramel on top and swirl with a knife. Repeat with remaining batter and caramel. Sprinkle sea salt on top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool completely in the pan before slicing.
