- 1 pack bourbon vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 medium-sized eggs
- 200 g wheat flour (Type 405)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice (for the glaze)
- 150 g powdered sugar (for the glaze)
- 100 g colorful chocolate letters or sprinkles (for decoration)
- 50 g grated dark chocolate (for chocolate variant)

Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper shapes.
