- ½ cup Luke warm milk
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ¼ cup Butter
- ½ tsp Salt
- q.s. Vegetable oil for frying to taste

- ½ cup Powdered sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Chopped fresh strawberries
- 2 tbsp Strawberry jam

In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg; knead until a soft, smooth dough forms.
Cover with a damp cloth; let it rest in a warm place until it doubles in size, about 1 hour.
Punch down the risen dough and roll it out on a floured surface.
Cut out donuts using a donut cutter or round cookie cutter.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep pot to 350°F (175°C).
Fry donuts until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side; drain on paper towel.
In a mixing bowl, beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
