Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup mixed dried fruits (apricots, cherries, pineapple, and papaya)
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, pistachios, and cashews)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Line an 8x8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate with the condensed milk, stirring until smooth and creamy.
  • Once melted, remove from heat and add vanilla extract, then fold in dried fruits, nuts, and marshmallows gently.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the surface with a spatula.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  • Remove from the pan using the parchment paper, cut into squares, and enjoy!
