- 200 g canned tuna in water or oil, drained
- 3 large eggs
- 150 g all-purpose flour
- 100 g grated cheese emmental, cheddar, or your choice
- 1/2 packet baking powder
- 50 ml olive oil
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tbsp mustard

Wash and peel the zucchinis; grate them and place in a colander with a pinch of salt for 10 minutes to release water.
