- 1 can Pillsbury Grands! biscuits 16 oz
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 tbsp butter melted
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning optional
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, optional
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese optional
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Open the Pillsbury Grands! biscuit can and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands.
Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit, then wrap the dough around the cheese and pinch the seams tightly.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning (if using).
Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs with the garlic butter mixture.
Bake the biscuits in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Once out of the oven, brush with any remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese (optional) before serving.
For a unique twist, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter for some heat. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes. You can also freeze the bombs for up to 2 months; just wrap them individually before freezing and thaw overnight before reheating. Don’t skip the garlic butter; it’s essential for flavor!
