Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper or non-stick spray
  • Small mixing bowl
  • Pastry brush

Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands! biscuits 16 oz
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning optional
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, optional
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • Open the Pillsbury Grands! biscuit can and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands.
  • Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit, then wrap the dough around the cheese and pinch the seams tightly.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning (if using).
  • Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Bake the biscuits in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Once out of the oven, brush with any remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese (optional) before serving.

Notes

For a unique twist, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter for some heat. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes. You can also freeze the bombs for up to 2 months; just wrap them individually before freezing and thaw overnight before reheating. Don’t skip the garlic butter; it’s essential for flavor!
