Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made tart shell Tart Shell
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • ½ cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread it evenly inside the tart shell.
  • In another bowl, toss the fresh strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries with lemon juice. Mix gently to avoid bruising the fruit and arrange on top of the cream cheese layer.
  • Refrigerate the tart for at least one hour. Serve chilled.
