- 1 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats briefly processed
- 1 cup puffed rice
- 3 tbsp sliced almonds
- 3 tbsp chopped cashews
- 3 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp golden flaxseed optional
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate
- 1/4 cup dried pineapple pieces
- 1/4 cup coconut chips
Line a square mold with parchment paper and set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine almond butter and honey, then heat until smooth; stir in vanilla extract.
In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, puffed rice, nuts, cinnamon, and salt; mix well.
